Quality Approval Policy

Inspection Equipment
- 3-D measurement arm, size 2000 mm
- 3-D measurement with CMM Mitutoyo (external service)
- 2-D measurement with Digital Mitutoyo Height Master, Type LH-600
- Surface plates of various sizes
- Mitutoyo verniers & micrometers (0-200 mm)
- Bore & depth gauges (0-300 mm)
- Height, ID & OD comparators
- Slip gauges, ID & OD thread gauges, gauge masters

- Salt spray test chamber as per ISO 9227 / ASTM B117
Quality Procedures
- Every incoming material is checked & approved before use
- A 3.1 certificate is maintained for every article
- In-process quality checks while manufacturing, plus frequent probe/batch checks
- Non-dimensional checks — burrs, optical view, surface damage, plating thickness
Raw Material Inspection
- Chemical composition analysis
- Mechanical testing — tensile, hardness, impact, proof-load
- Corrosion tests per ASTM A262, ASTM G36, G35, A761
